Once production begins, changes or cancellations are not permitted.
Minor variations in stitching, embroidery placement, colour shades, or patches may occur due to the customised nature of products.

SHIPPING POLICY
- Personalised products require approximately 7–10 business days to be fulfilled.
- Bulk order timelines may vary and must be confirmed in advance.
- Delivery timelines depend on location and courier partners.
- Gifting Bells is not liable for delays caused by courier services or unforeseen circumstances.
RETURN & REPLACEMENT POLICY
- 360 degree uncut full video is mandatory, while unboxing the package, for any replacement request.
- Due to the customised nature of our products, personalised items are non-returnable and non-refundable.
- Replacement is only applicable in case of manufacturing defects or incorrect product delivered.
- The issue must be reported within 48 hours of delivery along with clear photo and unboxing video.
- Refunds are only available if the product is out of stock or if the replacement cannot be fulfilled.
- If approved, refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method.
CANCELLATION POLICY
- Orders can only be cancelled before production begins.
- Once personalisation or production has started, cancellation is not permitted.
- Bulk and event orders cannot be cancelled after confirmation and advance payment.
BULK ORDER POLICY
- Advance payment is mandatory for bulk, school, corporate, or event orders.
- Design, quantity, and personalisation must be finalised before approval.
- No cancellations are permitted once production begins.
DISCLAIMER
- Product colours may vary slightly due to screen resolution and lighting conditions.
- Minor variations may occur due to the customised manufacturing process.
- Adult supervision is recommended for younger children when using products with detachable accessories.
GOVERNING LAW & JURISDICTION
